Ordering Details

Southern Foodservice Management is pleased to present our catering menu. We offer a delicious array of food and beverage selections designed to meet the needs of your employees, customers and guests. We can cater to you and your organization for events as simple as coffee breaks and as elegant as served receptions, luncheons and dinners. This catering menu is designed to be used as a guide for planning of events. Although our menu describes a variety of items, you are not limited to what is listed. Our Food Service Director will work with you and your organization to tailor and personalize any event to your needs. Remember that we provide a variety of catered services such as birthdays, retirements, receptions, anniversaries, and holiday celebrations.

Planning Guidelines and Ordering Information

 

Ordering Procedures: We ask that catering requests be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your event. This will allow us to plan for and provide the best quality of service. Beverage service orders should be placed at least 72 hours in advance. An additional charge of 10% may be applied if orders are received outside of these time frames.   Any catering order placed within 24 hours of event will incur an additional $10.00 charge.  Changes to the catering request less than 24 hours of delivery will have a $5.00 service charge.  

Guarantee Policy:

To professionally prepare for your event, we ask that you provide the total number of guests attending your event at least 24 hours in advance. If no changes are confirmed, service will be provided and billed based on that number of guests.

Cancellations:

We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice. Complete cancellations before 48 hours of the event will not incur any charges. If an event is canceled, please contact us immediately to avoid possible charges.

Service Charges / Minimums:

Served Functions: Wait staff can be provided at a cost of $20.00 per hour, with a minimum two hour charge. Weekends or after PM the charge is $25.00 per hour. Plan on each wait person serving 10-12 customers to insure proper service levels. All services are subject to sales tax. White table linen $5.00 per table. Service Pickup: If the service wares cannot be picked up before 2:00 P.M., we will pick up early the following morning.  There is a $100 fee for Management of Saturday Events in addition to any service staff charges that may apply.   

 

Due to numerous deliveries, we request a 15-minute grace period before and after scheduled delivery time for delivered services. Please note the Delivery/set-up Time on the catering form.

Catering charges will be billed to your department account each month. Buffets require a minimum of 8 to10 persons (depending on buffet type).
